I'm pretty neutral about mine.  It's alright.  Not as great as everyone is making it out to be.  I feel like a lot of people are swept up in the hype.  There's still stuttering in the UI, and there are quite a few problems.  Crashing in the UI, as well as some weird Settings glitch when a theme is applied.

The settings glitch, as far as I've read, is an issue on the themes part not CM11S, as it is only certain themes that will crash when you try to go into the settings menu.  Sucks that you've had a bad experience as mine has been nothing but fluid, no lag, no random restarts, nothing. Just a fast fluid device.

The screen showed the unlock warning I pressed volume down. I made it to fastboot and from there I was able to get to TWRP Got my update last Friday and I'm not part of the feedback program (that I'm aware of, anyway). So far all I've noticed different is the dialer.

I believe there's an argument to be made that with everything taken into account (battery life, screen, speakers, software, build quality, camera, etc) that it is the best device on the market.  I had the N5 before it, and have used the M8 and S5.  I typically switch phones every few months, but for now the only 2 devices I would want are the Oneplus one smartphones ( i OPO smartphone don't get from OPO sites, i don't have a Invite so i get it from Nextbuying the price is 389.98 and the HTC ONE M8.

ART is a bit snappier all around and there may be a bit better battery life too but all it takes is one app to not be fully optimized for ART and it can unknowingly hurt battery life IMO. I'm just gonna wait until Android L for that reason.

See I disagree with the vanilla part.  unlike anything on the market, it's really different and makes the device stand out.  Also, CM allows for so much more customization than other software such as Sense.  You can really make this device whatever you want with CM.

The battery life got worse in 4.4.2 and ART does not appear to make a difference. Maybe a slight one. I'm a very heavy user, though, and the screen is always my #1 battery sucker by a big.  is just in my ex phones i got better results. But if youre getting 26 hrs run is amazing, the voice on the oneplus one eat the battery life

couldn't tell you. I never ran into anything that didn't open up fine. I just found that battery life using ART was very inconsistent for me on my smartphones. Sometimes better and sometimes worse. Only reasonable conclusion that I came to was that, until Android L is released and developers are forced to write apps for ART, everything is and will be optimized, Wish I had more concrete evidence but that's my two cents on the matter.

OPO ROOT to Android 4.4.4

After phones the update it was handed of to T-Mobile for them to tweak, so we don't know yet what's broken in this update. Plus I already made the jump to KitKat and so far the phone is running like, Google services and KitKat don't get along. I went from great battery life to dead in a few hours. Stamina doesn't work properly either... Few other bugs as well.

Its known problem with z series and KitKat for the last 8 months and its Oneplus's fault. Its the new Google services,  believe Google push out a silent update to Google services to correct it cause Oneplus one on proved it to Google that services was killing their battery.

Well your issue seems to be with an app running rouge in the background not necessarily one particular phone. If you're on wifi and something is downloading over night, you have something running in the background. They just don't use all that data by itself. I'd check what apps are running and using all your data.

What has 4.4.4 got over 4.4.3? (Genuine question) Surely we received the things like video pause. That everyone else missed stuck on 4.4.2? detailed explanation. Good to see that OPO is making sure that all their carrier locked phones are getting the updated.

From spain. We will try to drive the phone there and see if they can fix it. RSD lite doesn't need root? download firmware for your moto x model at sbf droid(using google). But If you restore phone using RSD lite, maybe your phone storage data will deleted. If Im have mistake. you'd have to put a recurring meeting on his calendar.

Try a soft reboot. If that doesn't fix it, then let it run down, power down/shutdown, then recharge it while it's OFF. Good luck.
